I've been meditating off and on since I changed into approximately 13, and I have study a incredible deal and practiced ALL SORTS of multiple forms of meditations.

My conclusion: there is no one correct procedure or incorrect procedure to meditate. Listen — to a guided meditation and follow in your imagination
Walk — with purpose and a spotlight to each single sensation and sound of the NOW of the expertise
Just hold re-turning your recollections to your chosen attention with the purpose of meditating.

And, finally, I close with thought of one of my all-time liked intellect calming statements "I am here; all is accurately."
